Stephanie Doss is an attorney with nearly two decades of experience negotiating and structuring complex technology, cloud, and services agreements. As Of Counsel at Jones & Spross, she advises technology and growth-stage companies on the transactions that drive revenue and the legal infrastructure that supports their growth.
Stephanie specializes in complex, multi-country technology transactions. She has negotiated cloud infrastructure and services agreements valued at more than $100 million with Fortune 100 enterprises and government agencies, including global agreements covering customer affiliates across North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. She works closely with executive, finance, and sales teams to turn legal risk into practical options that keep deals moving.
Her practice includes software licensing, SaaS and AI agreements, licensing model development, managed and professional services agreements, data protection and cross-border data transfer terms, negotiation playbooks and contract templates and strategic partnerships.
Stephanie holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a J.D. from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law.
