Robyn Siers spearheads the M&A practice at JonesSpross, representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers of all sizes with a distinctive specialization in Speed M&A™. It is designed to be more efficient and cost-effective, and to enable clients to swiftly seize growth opportunities, gaining a competitive advantage in today’s fast-paced business environment.

Robyn brings a diverse skill set to her clients, leveraging over two decades of experience in legal, marketing, and business development. Robyn began her career at Trilogy, Inc., a global software company, in sales and marketing, followed by a tenure at Marsh and McClennan, a leader in risk management and insurance services, where she led the development of their usability department. Robyn then integrated her business background with a legal career starting in venture capital fund formation and corporate matters, working at Cooley LLP for more than seven years. She earned both her J.D. and Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
