Kathleen Paisley

Senior Counsel

Kathleen Paisley is a U.S. national with over 25 years of experience practicing in Brussels, London, and The Hague. As Senior Counsel at Jones & Spross, she holds a degree from Yale Law School, an MBA in Finance, and has passed the Certified Public Accountancy exam.

Her previous experience includes roles at White & Case in London, Morrison & Foerster in Brussels, and as General Counsel and Commercial Director at Oneswoop.

Kathleen also served as a Legal Advisor to U.S. Arbitrators Charles Brower, Richard Allison, and Howard Holtzmann at the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal from 1987 to 1991, and as a Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable Gilbert S. Merritt, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, from 1986 to 1987.
