Jennifer Trillsch

Jennifer Trillsch has experience handling a wide variety of issues at the intersection of law and technology – including license drafting and negotiation, data privacy and security issues, IP and data monetization, and patent prosecution and patent reexamination proceedings.

Prior to joining JonesSpross, Jennifer held roles as in-house counsel at a large oil and gas services company, and General Counsel at a privately-held artificial-intelligence software company. She also practiced at McKool Smith, P.C. and Fish & Richardson, P.C. in Dallas, Texas. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in Genetics from Texas A&M University and J.D. from the University of Houston. She is licensed to practice in Texas and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
