Chase Manderino

Chase Manderino is a partner at Baker Tax Law, LLC, a tax firm that partners closely with JonesSpross to provide clients with expertise in tax matters. Chase is a tax attorney who advises clients on federal income tax matters, with a focus on partnership taxation and mergers and acquisitions, including fund formation, capital raises, portfolio company acquisitions and divestitures, and partner compensation. Chase holds Bachelor’s, Master’s, and J.D. degrees from Brigham Young University, where he has also served as an adjunct professor.
