Carley Ramsey

Carly has ten plus years legal experience. She has been a member of the JonesSpross Mergers and Acquisitions team for over five years, specializing in employee and vendor agreements.

Carly began her career designing and integrating software for Sungard Energy Systems and IBM as well as their many clients. After law school she worked for Osborne, Helman, Knebel & Deleery LLP in their litigation and estate planning departments. She also interned for the Travis County District Attorney gaining valuable trial experience.

Carly earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Texas, majoring in Business Honors and Management Information Systems, graduating cum laude, and a J.D. from The University of Houston. She also studied global marketing, cross-cultural negotiations and international business ethics at the Ecole Superior de Commerce de Paris in Paris, France.
