Bibhudutta (Bibhu) specializes in advising technology centric businesses. With 17 years experience, has deep expertise in managing outsourcing, technology licensing, health-tech, fin-tech, and other technology led transactions. He also has hands-on involvement across the start-up ecosystem, spanning product design & documentation, data protection & privacy, employment, and venture funding.

Bibhu began his career as a banking transaction lawyer in an in-house legal position with ICICI Bank, one of India’s largest banking institutes. He then moved to advising technology businesses with leadership positions in-house at Infosys (NASDAQ: INFY) and Cognizant Technolofies (NASDAQ: CTSH). For the past decade, Bibhu has been closely involved in advising start-up businesses operating in the US, India, and Singapore.

Bibhu graduated from Indian Law Society’s Law College, Pune, India
