Daniella Shipley is an attorney at Jones & Spross PLLC, where she works closely with Managing Partner Robyn Siers on mergers and acquisitions and related corporate matters. She supports clients throughout the entire transaction process.
Daniella brings a diverse legal background to her M&A practice. Prior to joining Jones & Spross, she gained experience in litigation and criminal law in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office as well as experience in family law at a matrimonial law firm.
Daniella earned her Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law, where she was selected to participate in the Prosecutor Practicum and Criminal Justice and Society Colloquium. Prior to that, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
